China Heights is the location for Luke Taaffe's second solo exhibition, NO FIN SOUP. The exhibition opened on Friday October 30 2009 at 6.30pm running 12-5pm, Saturday 1st November - Wednesday 3rd November 2009.

Taaffe is a Artist/Designer/Surfer from Wamberal on the NSW Central Coast, Australia. His works are influenced by the illustrative style of 60's pop culture and Japanese artists like Hokusai and is inspired by a life lived by the Ocean and its surrounds.

China Heights Gallery is located at 257 Crown St Darlinghurst.

Fairfax and Roberts Launch The Diamond Room

On Thursday 15th October 2009, bespoke jeweller Fairfax and Roberts launched the 'Diamond Room'. Fairfax and Roberts have worked with Backs and Strauss, the oldest diamond company in the world to create a collection of diamond rings and loose stones.

The collection includes pieces in value worth more than AUD5.5 Million, including a matching pair of 10 carat briolette-cut diamonds and bejewelled baguette-cut diamond watches.

The Montana WearableArt Wander showcased the 20 Supreme Winners from the World of WearableArt (WOW) Museum collection.

The Montana WearableArt Wander was an opportunity for the public to view the 20 winning garments for free in stores around Wellington. There was even free Montana WearableArt Wander guided tours, departing from the TSB Bank Arena.

The Wander ran from the Thursday 24th September to Sunday 4th October 2009.
