When Genevieve Lilley(architect and designer) and Kingsley Wallman(ex-corporate lawyer turned gemmologist) returned to Australia from their ten year stint based in London they set up Venerari, a destination for award winning bespoke and unique, fine jewellery.Venerari specialises in hard to find, interesting and rare gemstones and striking modern designs incorporating Australian opal. - to 'reinvent the opal'.

Before Venerari, Kingsley was busy working for Cable and Wireless in the UK and US. These days, when he is not speaking to young, would be lawyers about alternative careers for lawyers at UNSW, Kingsley Wallman runs Venerari.Genevieve has her own architectural firm – Genevieve Lilley Architects – on top of her design role at Venerari. Lilley worked, in London, with architect David Chipperfield before setting up her own practice.
